Tour FAQ

Tour Tickets, Scheduling & Parking

How do I purchase a tour ticket?

Tour tickets are available online here  and in person at the stadium box office, located in the lobby of the Grand Slam Gift Shop. For group tour information and discounted rates, please email tours@reventertainmaint.com or call 817-533-1833.

How do I find my mobile ticket?

Getting your tickets is now easier than ever. Simply go to the MLB Ballpark app to receive mobile/digital tickets instantly. If you are still having trouble, please call the Tours Hotline at 817-533-1833 during normal business hours (Mon – Sat, 9:00am – 4:00pm; Sunday, 10:00am – 3:00pm).

My mobile tickets are not showing up in the MLB ballpark app. What should I do?

To troubleshoot the issue, there are a few things you can try:

  1. Try shutting down the app and restarting it.
  2. Make sure you are using the most recent version of the app. You can update the app in the App Store (for Apple devices) or Google Play (for Android devices).
  3. When logging into the app, double check that you are entering the same email address that was used to purchase the tour tickets.
  4. Once you are in the app, follow the prompts until you reach the home screen. Click on the “Tickets” icon at the bottom of the screen to view your tickets.

What locations will I get to see during my tour?

We are excited to showcase a variety of locations on each tour. Available locations may vary daily and by tour type. Due to the year-round business needs of the team, the Rangers Clubhouse & other player areas will not be included on tours unless specifically noted. Tour locations and availability are subject to change without notice based on team and ballpark schedules. In the event your tour is cancelled unexpectedly, tour management will work with you to reschedule your tour.

Do you offer private group rates?

Absolutely. Discounted rates are available for groups of 20 or more. Note that larger groups may be separated into smaller groups because of limits imposed on the size of tours. Please call 817-533-1833 or tours@reventertainment.com for more information.

Where do I park for my tour?

TOURS PARKING (Except Pregame Tours):

Parking for Ballpark, Premium, & non-VIP Texas Rangers Artifacts tours is available in Lot B, located off Randol Mill Rd. between Choctaw Stadium and Globe Life Field.

On days when there are events taking place in the surrounding Arlington Entertainment District, tour guests will be asked to show their tour tickets or confirmation email at the entrance to Lot B in order to receive complimentary parking. If Lot B is full, parking attendants may direct tour guests to the next available parking lot.

Pregame Tour Parking:

Parking for VIP Texas Rangers Artifacts Pregame Tours, Pregame Tours, and Legends Pregame Tours with John Blake is not complimentary, and is available in several lots:

  • Lot B, located near Texas Live!: Parking in Lot B is available on a limited basis. Parking rates are $55 + tax, each game day. No other passes are accepted in Lot B.
  • Rangers Business Park on Stadium Drive & 801 Stadium Drive: Pregame tour parking is available in these lots on Stadium Drive, and is $45.00 + tax, each game day. If you have a parking pass for a different Rangers lot that is not yet open, you may show it at one of these lots and park for no additional charge for your pregame tour. Please be prepared to also show your pregame tour tickets or confirmation email along with your parking pass.

PLEASE NOTE: Tour guests who are also attending an event in the area, such as a Cowboys game, concert, etc. will need to pay for their parking in order to stay in the lot for the duration of the day.

If you need any assistance with Parking, please contact the Parking Department at parking@texasrangers.com or via phone at 817-533-1972 (ask to be transferred to Parking).
