What can I expect from my tour?

Tour Tickets, Scheduling & Parking

How do I find my mobile ticket?

Getting your tickets is now easier than ever. Simply go to the MLB Ballpark app to receive mobile/digital tickets instantly. (Replaces print-at-home [PDF] tickets.) The tours box office is also open during select hours.

My mobile tickets are not showing up in the MLB ballpark app. What should I do?

To troubleshoot the issue, there are a few things you can try:

  1. Try shutting down the app and restarting it.
  2. Make sure you are using the most recent version of the app. You can update the app in the App Store (for Apple devices) or Google Play (for Android devices).
  3. When logging into the app, double check that you are entering the same email address that was used to purchase the tour tickets.
  4. Once you are in the app, follow the prompts until you reach the home screen. Click on the “wallet” icon at the bottom of the screen to view your tickets.
How will my ticket be scanned?

Tour staff will scan your mobile tickets upon entering the building.

The tour time I want is not available. What should I do?

Tickets are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and availability is not guaranteed. If the tour you want is sold out, try checking other dates until you find an available tour time that works for you. If you are interested in booking a private tour, please call 817-533-1833 for information and availability.

How do I purchase a tour ticket?

Tour tickets are available online here and in person at the stadium box office located in the lobby of the Grand Slam Gift Shop will be open for purchase or pickup of tickets. For group tour information and discounted rates, please email tours@reventertainmaint.com or call 817-533-1833.

Does everyone need a ticket?

Kids 3 and younger do not need a ticket.

What if I am unable to use my ticket?

All ticket sales are final and there will be no refunds. If you are unable to attend on the day and time you originally purchased, our Tours team will be happy to exchange your ticket for a day & time you are able to attend, or issue a credit to your Rangers account for future usage.

What locations will I get to see during my tour?

We are excited to showcase a variety of locations on each tour. Available locations may vary daily and by tour type. The Rangers Clubhouse will not be included on tours unless specifically noted. Tour locations and availability are subject to change without notice based on team and ballpark schedules. In the event your tour is cancelled unexpectedly, tour management will work with you to reschedule your tour.

Do you offer private group rates?

Absolutely. Discounted rates are available for groups of 20 or more. Note that larger groups may be separated into smaller groups because of limits imposed on the size of tours. Please call 817-533-1833 for more information.

Where should I park?

Parking for tours is available in Lot B, located off Randol Mill Rd. between Choctaw Stadium and Globe Life Field.
