Accessibility Services For Guests With Disabilities

We’re committed to ensuring that guests with disabilities are provided equal access to all of the programs, services and facilities at Globe Life Field. This includes accessible restrooms, ticket windows and concession stands. For reasonable accommodations, please speak with any staff member or contact Guest Services by emailing guestservices@texasrangers.com or calling 817-533-1723.

Animals

We ask that you please leave your favorite furry friend at home. Unless, of course, they are a registered service animal helping you with a disability.

Assisted Listening Devices

If you have a hearing impairment, listening devices and ear plugs are available in the Guest Services Office.

Courtesy Wheelchair Services

Wheelchair assistance is available to any location in Globe Life Field if you have a visible or non-visible disability and physical limitations. Please note that due to a limited number of wheelchairs, they cannot be rented or borrowed to sit in while attending the event. For assistance, you can speak with any staff member or visit Guest Services.

Courtesy Carts

Complimentary mobility assistance carts (ADA carts) are available to pick you up in any Rangers Toyota parking lot if you have a visible or non-visible disability that limits your ability to walk to and from Globe Life Field. Please note that cart drivers do not accept tips for this complimentary service. Contact the nearest staff member to arrange assistance.

Wheelchair Seating

Wheelchair-accessible seating is located in each price level and can be found on the seating map. This includes companion seats, which allow guests using wheelchairs to sit with friends and family members.

 

ATMs, Presented by Comerica Bank

There are four cash-to-card automated teller machines (Reverse ATMs) located inside the ballpark. Find the nearest one to you using the Amenities Map within the MLB Ballpark app.

  • Main Concourse – Sections 113, 123, 136
  • Upper Concourse – Sections 212, 227

There are also three traditional automated teller machines located inside Globe Life Field:

  • Main Concourse – Across from Sections 110 & 135
  • Jim Ross Law Suite Level – Near PS 204, next to the Grounds Brew

Bag Policy

All backpacks, except single-compartment drawstring bags that do not exceed the MLB bag-size requirements of 16” x 16” x 8”, are prohibited into Globe Life Field.  Additionally, coolers of any kind are prohibited.

Exceptions are for those that are carried for medical reasons or manufactured diaper bags that accompany infants and young children.  Working media may carry backpacks, but only after the bags have been searched and tagged by security at the Media Entrance.

Concessions

Globe Life Field has over 100 concession stands operated by Delaware North Sportservice and offers a delicious selection of hot dogs, nachos, pizza, burgers, smoked sausage, barbecue, peanuts, popcorn, soft drinks, ice cream, desserts and more. Available concessions stands near you can be located on the Amenities Map in the MLB Ballpark app.

First Aid

You can find two First Aid rooms in Globe Life Field, located behind Section 101 on the Main Concourse next to Guest Services, and behind Sections 203/204 on the Upper Concourse.

Guest Services Presented by NTX Honda

Guest Services operates when Globe Life Field opens until one hour after the event concludes.  Guests may obtain information, offer suggestions, receive assistance with problems during their visit and retrieve any lost items during the event. There are four Guest Services locations in the ballpark.

  • Lower Concourse at Section 3
  • Main Concourse behind Section 101
  • Suite Level near the Comerica Bank Northeast entry
  • Upper Concourse at Sections 228

Home Base for Heroes

As part of our commitment to honor military, veterans and first responders, the Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation has installed an interactive video board to highlight our servicemen and women. Located in right center field, adjacent to the Grand Slam Team Store, is the Home Base for Heroes interactive display. Submit a photo of your military member, veteran or first responder at texasrangers.com/heroes to have your hero displayed on the searchable screen.

Lost And Found

If you happen to find an item that someone has lost, please take it directly to the Guest Services Office on the Main Concourse across from the Northwest Pedestrian Ramp, or the Guest Services Office on the Jim Ross Law Suite Level next to the Comerica Northeast Entry. The found item(s) will be stored there for the duration of that day’s game/event.

General Parking

All Globe Life Field parking lots are cashless. All parking passes can be found in the MLB Ballpark app and purchased at the lot entry if not advance purchased online.

 

Handicap/Disabled Parking

You can find handicap/disabled parking in most cash and season parking lots, where it’s sold on a first come, first served basis. Please note that a mobility assistance cart may be requested from any parking staff member. See our parking page to view the most up-to-date map with available handicap parking. Lots may reach capacity prior to event/game time.

Restrooms & Water Fountains

Restrooms and water fountains are located across all levels of Globe Life Field. For your convenience, both women’s and men’s restrooms have been designed to offer diaper-changing areas. If needed, you can find a family restroom located near most restrooms (additional restrooms inside First Aid). Please refer to the Amenities Map in the MLB Ballpark app to find restrooms and water fountains near your location.

Retail Locations

Globe life Field has multiple retail locations operated by Delaware North Sport service and offers a vast variety of apparel, novelties, headwear and more. All retail locations are cashless and all major credit cards are accepted.

Sensory Room & Sensory Inclusion (Sensory Bags, Sensory Maps, Social Story)

We are proud to partner with KultureCity and offer sensory bags at our Guest Services location on the Main Concourse behind section 101.  Our sensory bags are cleaned between uses, include noise-cancelling headphones, fidget toys, and a feeling thermometer.

 

Sensory Room

Located just inside the Southwest Entrance, the sensory room provides a safe and quiet area where guests can decompress if they are starting to feel overwhelmed or overstimulated. Guests at Globe Life Field can get access to the sensory room by going to Guests Services, where a member of our team will escort them to the sensory room, or we can have a member of the guest services team meet the guest at the sensory room.  Guests can use the sensory room for as long as they need it and a Guest Services Team Member will wait outside the room to help if needed.

 

Smoking Policy

Globe Life Field is a smoke-free venue.

Strollers & Car Seats

Strollers and car seats for children are permitted inside Globe Life Field as long as they are collapsible and can fit underneath your ticketed seat(s).

Children’s Tickets

Children under 36 inches tall do not need a ticket as long as they occupy a ticket holder’s lap. Limitations apply.

 

Resale of Tickets

By City of Arlington ordinance, the resale of tickets is not permitted within the Arlington Entertainment District, including Globe Life Field, surrounding grounds and parking areas.
