Birthday Party Policies:
- Client may access the party area no more than (30) minutes prior to the scheduled party time to decorate or set up.
- All guests must be part of the party package or have an adult ticket. No non-paid guests will be permitted into the ballpark.
- A custom FEVO link can be provided for additional adults to pay for their own tickets.
- All guests must remain with the Tours staff at all times. Guests found unattended within the stadium will be escorted out.
- Guests are permitted to bring in (1) outside cake or other small treats to share with birthday guests.
- Outside food or snacks for party guests are permitted to be brought in by the client only; no outside catering deliveries or food orders will be accepted by Tours staff. This includes pizza delivery, Chick Fil A, etc.
- Birthday presents are permitted to be brought in to the ballpark, but will need to pass through bag check and metal detector.
- The Tours & Experiences team does not have access to equipment to keep food / cake refrigerated, or to heat food.
- Guests must provide their own plates, napkins, utensils, etc.
- Party decorations not listed on the prohibited list may be brought in, but may not be attached to stadium property in any permanent manner. Client will be financially responsible for any damages caused.
- All decorations must be removed at the end of the party or will be disposed of properly.
- Prohibited Items:
- Helium Balloons
- Non-helium balloons that are not secured to a weight of some kind
- Balloon arches or back drops
- Fire / flames of any kind, including birthday candles
- Confetti or any items that would be scattered / thrown
- Glitter
- Alcoholic beverages of any kind
