NRG Stadium hosts the Netherlands vs Sweden match. Houston is 240 miles south of Arlington, a four-hour drive on I-45 or a one-hour flight. NRG Stadium has a retractable roof.
Arrowhead Stadium hosts the Tunisia vs Netherlands finale. Kansas City is roughly 500 miles north of Houston. A direct flight takes about 1.5 hours.
Flights between Texas cities and Kansas City are the most practical option for back-to-back matches. Southwest Airlines and American Airlines run daily routes between DFW, Houston and Kansas City.
