The Texas Rangers are committed to making Globe Life Field and the Arlington Entertainment District accessible for all visitors. If you are attending a Rangers game or exploring the district during the 2026 international soccer tournament, here is everything you need to know about accessibility services and accommodations.
ADA parking is available in all general admission Rangers parking lots on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no option to select ADA parking when purchasing online. Arrive early to secure a space, especially on high-attendance days.
Complimentary shuttle service for guests with accessible needs runs between the parking lots and the gates. The shuttle is available when lots open (generally 30 minutes before gates open) and continues for approximately 30 minutes after the game ends. Only the guest with the need and one additional member of the party should use the shuttle. Service runs on a first-come, first-served basis.

Globe Life Field welcomes guests with strollers, wheelchairs and walkers. Their use must not block aisles or limit guest movement. Collapsible, umbrella strollers can be stored underneath your seat.
Globe Life Field has elevators on every concourse level, located at multiple sections throughout the ballpark. Escalators are also available across all levels. If you need to navigate between concourse levels, ask any Guest Services Representative for the nearest elevator or escalator location.
A dedicated sensory room is located inside the Toyota Southwest Entrance, across from Section 113. The room provides a quiet, low-stimulation space where guests can decompress if they feel overwhelmed. Guests can access the room by asking any Guest Services Representative, and a dedicated staff member remains outside the room for assistance. Guests can use the room for up to 15 minutes, or longer if no one is waiting.
Sensory bags are available at Guest Services on the Main Concourse behind Section 101. The bags, offered in partnership with KultureCity, include noise-canceling headphones, fidget toys and a feeling thermometer. Bags are cleaned between uses.
Amplification devices for guests with hearing impairments are available at Guest Services on the Main Concourse behind Section 101. A valid ID must be left in exchange for the device.
Public address announcements at Globe Life Field are displayed as closed captions on both the Left Field and Right Field video ribbons.
Noise-canceling headphones are available at Guest Services on the Main Concourse behind Section 101, on the Suite Level inside the Comerica Northeast Entrance and on the Upper Concourse behind Section 228.
Service animals are welcome at Globe Life Field in accordance with U.S. ADA regulations. Guests may use a dog or a miniature horse that is individually trained to perform tasks related to the guest’s disability. Animals that solely provide emotional support or companionship are not permitted.
Family restrooms are located throughout Globe Life Field at sections on the lower, main and upper concourses. Mother’s rooms for nursing and privacy are available on the lower concourse (Sections 20 and 27), the main concourse (Sections 101, 125 and 130) and the upper concourse (Sections 210 and 215).

One sealed bottle of non-flavored water (plastic, up to one liter) is also permitted. Additional exceptions are made for dietary concerns and infants.
The main walkways between Globe Life Field, AT&T Stadium and Texas Live! are paved, flat and accessible. The walk between the two stadiums takes 8 to 13 minutes along Cowboys Way or Nolan Ryan Expressway. Texas Live! is accessible from ground level.
